Health Department Temporary Food Service Application (TFSA) fee for any food (pre-packaged or prepared on-site) AND/OR beverage (canned, bottled or poured): $55 if paid and paperwork submitted* by September 26 / $125 if paid September 27 through October 6 (final deadline).

*On time payments with LATE paperwork submission will be charged the $70 late fee.
